Job Description

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warehouse Loadout: Report to the Amazon warehouse (DHT1) as scheduled and load delivery vehicles with packages for the day's route.
- Safe Driving: Navigate delivery routes safely using the GPS-guided company device, following all traffic laws at all times.
- Customer Service: Deliver packages to community members in a fast-paced/efficient manner while maintaining safety professionalism, and customer service standards.
- Vehicle Care: Complete required vehicle inspections and keep your vehicle clean, safe, and organized throughout your shift.
- Team Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with management and dispatch, and report any issues immediately.
- Shift Wrap-Up: Safely return the vehicle to the warehouse at the end of your route and complete standard end-of-shift procedures.
- Work Environment & Professionalism: Work comfortably in varying weather conditions and Represent LaZa with a professional and positive attitude.
SCHEDULE:
- Shifts run roughly 10:20 AM – 7:30 PM
- Shifts available 7 days a week — weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) required
- Full-time and part-time positions open
Qualifications
DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
- Be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with dispatchers and customers
- Pass pre-employment drug test
