Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

As a COTA in Home Health, you will:
- Provide therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Assist patients in regaining independence with daily activities
- Evaluate home environments for safety and accessibility
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active California COTA License
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a COTA
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Strong communication and organizational skills
