They work under the direct supervision of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.  QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent  Licenses/Certifications: Must maintain current Provider BLS/CPR certification throughout employment Experience Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus. Key skills involve strong communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of basic medical terms and procedures, and the physical capacity to assist patients with movement and exercises.
