Position Overview
UFC GYM Recovery Attendant is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers.Â
We Offer

Responsibilities
- Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
- Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
- Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
- Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
- Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
- Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.Â
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.Â
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).Â
Qualifications
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Background in customer service and sales.
- Ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends.
