As a Production Floater, you'll operate and monitor production equipment, keep machines running efficiently, and help produce safe, high-quality bakery products. New team members must be flexible with shift assignments until they qualify for an open position or earn a preferred shift through seniority. Push and pull heavy pan carts throughout the bakery. Lift ingredient bags and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Perform physical tasks throughout your shift in a fast-paced production environment. Work comfortably in both hot and cold conditions, including warmer production areas during the summer months. Employment Requirements Successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screen. Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding) to support workplace safety and team communication. Complete a 60-day probationary period, during which your performance, attendance, and overall job performance will be evaluated. Maintain perfect attendance throughout the 60-day probationary period, as attendance is a critical requirement for successful completion of probation. #lboperations
