Internal Medicine Physician Needed Near La Porte, Indiana

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine OR Internal medicine physician to join an established Healthcare System neat La Porte, Indiana

Overview:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 

Shared rotating call: 1:7

Average outpatient volume: 16-22 patients per day

Collegial team environment in a busy established practice

Excellent support staffing: Triage RN, dedicated MA plus additional MA support for practice

Potential to collaborate/supervise Advanced Practice Providers

Opportunity to see patients virtually 25% of contact hours

Women’s Health preferred, but not required

Lab and X-Ray on site

Specialty Practices within Network: Ortho, Rheumatology, ENT, Endo, Derm, Cardiology, Hem/Onc, Vascular, OB/Gyn, GI, ID, Pulm, etc.

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal medicine

Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional clinical care

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to participate in shared rotating call schedule
