Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to supervisors, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access, identify potential issues, and report concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Support security-related operations within an industrial location by remaining aware of restricted areas, following post orders, and reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
