What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and inspire ahigh-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Hire, train, and develop team members, building future leaders and strong bench strength
- Work side by side with FOH & BOH teams, including cooking, prep, expo, catering, and service
- Serve as the go-to leader for guest concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight
- Analyze operational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities
- Create a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and high standards

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
- Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams ina fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Guest-obsessed with strong problem-solving skills
- Tech savvy:Â POSsystems, schedulingtools, MicrosoftOffice; P&L experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Highschool diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
- Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
