POSITION SUMMARY
Â
The Concierge reports directly to the Membership Operations Director and is responsible for providing concierge and hospitality services to all members and guests. Provides administrative support for the Membership department, including data entry, file maintenance, and answering and directing calls.Â
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience.Â
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Must have a strong desire to assist others
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Must have a professional appearance, grooming, and dress consistent with company guidelines
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, Members and guests.
- Adapt to changing priorities and interruptions throughout the workday.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a professional first impression of the Club, greet Members, potential Members and guests with a smile and the willingness to provide excellent concierge service in person, over the phone and via email.Â
- Assist Members with concierge services to include restaurant and special event reservations, recreation requests, arranging transportation, etc., and follow through with all reasonable requests.Â
- Communicate with other departments’ pertinent Member information to help promote a positive, home away from home Club experience.
- Efficiently respond to all Member requests and inquiries in accordance with Club standards, policies and procedures; use fresh ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the Concierge services provided.Â
- Complete opening and/or closing duties per club standards and procedures.
- Create and maintain Member files both digitally and physically to ensure utmost accuracy, discretion and confidentiality.Â
- Responsible for ensuring the new Member activation process is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including the new Member welcome and onboarding process.
- Responsible for the Member Photo ID and Sponsored Guest Pass process.
- Assist Members with Members First website access and navigation.
- Assist Members with usage of electronic applications as needed (Firebirds and AXS apps).
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
- Sort and distribute mail
- Other duties as assigned.Â

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- Sit for extended periods while working at a computer.

- Lift, carry, or move office supplies, files, and boxes weighing up to 20–25 pounds.
- Operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Read printed and electronic documents and view computer screens for extended periods.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
The Concierge will be working in a collaborative, open clubhouse office environment with other Clubhouse team members.
