We are looking for an Assistant Installation Manager to join our team! Rite Rug offers competitive wages and a full benefits package. POSITION SUMMARY: To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region • Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process • Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result • Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer • Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer’s needs • Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues • Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 1. Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus. 3. Must have exceptional customer services skills 4. Team Player 5. Adaptable to change 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Clean driving record 8. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required 9. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds 10.
