POSITION SUMMARY

This position will operate reach truck forklift operator to test our robotic forklifts and help us improve reliability and the operator experience. You'll operate the forklifts both by interacting with our state-of-the-art automation technology and manually. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

Current OSHA forklift operator certification for indoor forklift operation is required.
 Experience with standard office productivity tools (Google Docs, Slack, etc.)
 Experience with warehouse software tools is a plus.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Unload, inspect and verify inbound shipments
  Stock all materials in appropriate warehouse locations
  Pick, pack and stage material orders
  Consolidate ordered materials and verify order accuracy
  Create shipping manifests and tickets and load delivery trucks
  Assemble and install test payloads
  Manage Third Wave’s autonomous forklifts via our software system.
  Complete start of shift daily inspections
  Complete end of shift truck putaway
  Complete proper documentation of product issues during production, safety reports, etc
Operate autonomous forklifts in the distribution center
Manage forklifts via software system

REQUIREMENTS

Degree Requirements:	High School Diploma
Certification Requirements:	Does the position require a specific certification to be successful?
Previous Experience:	urrent OSHA forklift operator certification
Preferred: Years of experience; technical tool, specific skill
Travel Requirements:	No Travel
Language:	English
Application/Software:	Type of software required to perform the primary responsibilities of the position (e.g., AS-400, SAP, Success Factors, Microsoft Suite)
On Call Requirements:	None
Physical Requirements:	Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
