Essential Functions

•   Act as the liaison between IT personnel and business users to define requirements for system enhancements and program changes.
•   Support and manage Team Dynamix incidents through resolution and closure.
•   Provide daily business support, user assistance, and issue resolution for warehouse applications.
•   Support system hardware, networking issues, outages, new/existing equipment and setup/configuration.
•   Configure and maintain warehouse settings, including pick sequences, warehouse profiles, user security groups, and employee system access.
•   Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
•   Support SKU setup, validation activities, warehouse configurations, pack slip modifications, and customer-specific system requirements.Â
•   Coordinate API key management for test and production environments.
•   Manage issue logs, customer communications, and project status updates.Â
•   Assist Operations with project prioritization and change management activities.
•   Develop test scripts, execute testing activities, document results, and obtain approvals for system changes.
•   Read, understand, and assume responsibility for performance of all procedures, assignments, notices and policies applicable to assigned area and common areas, including posted notices.
•   Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
•   3-5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
Experience supporting:
•   Desktop and laptop hardware/software
•   Windows operating systems
•   Active Directory user administration
•   Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, TeamDynamix, or similar)
•   Network troubleshooting
•   Printer support, including laser, multifunction, and label printers (Zebra, Sato, etc.)
•   Experience with WMS platforms, preferably Softeon WMS.
•   Experience supporting warehouse operational processes and business applications.
•   Experience creating technical documentation, procedures, and user training materials.
•   Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and application-related issues.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
•   Training requires thirty (30) days on-the-job training under the guidance of an IT staff member. Â
•   Additional training needs are assessed annually during performance evaluation.
Preferred Education and Experience
•   Bachelor’s Degree or possess equivalent experience in information technologies, engineering, manufacturing, distribution or a related field. Continued working knowledge of the Softeon WMS and subsequent modules.
Certification (Preferred)Â
•   CompTIA A+Â
•   CompTIA Network+Â
•   CompTIA Security+Â
•   Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, MD-102, or equivalent)Â
•   ITIL Foundation
Supervisory Responsibility
•   May provide guidance, training, and functional support to end users and operational teams.Â
•   Supervisory responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
Work Environment
•   Primarily working in office and warehouse environments.
•   Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and industrial warehouse conditions.
•   Requires extended periods of computer work, typing, and attention to detail.
Physical Demands
•   Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
•   Ability to perform detailed work requiring sustained concentration and computer usage.
•   Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
•   Ability to walk throughout warehouse facilities.
Travel & Work Schedule
•   Position may require travel between company sites and the Memphis Data Center.Â
•   Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.Â
•   Availability for project-related after-hours or weekend work as needed.
•   Initial training period on first shift; position may transition to second shift based on business needs.
