About the Role:
Wintri is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in La Verne, CA! Responsibilities:
- Install residential and/or commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
- Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to HVAC equipment
- Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
- Identify and resolve installation issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers throughout the installation process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation (residential and/or commercial)
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
