Schedule: Full-Time Days, 6:30am - 2:00pm
Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour, based on experience

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Mable Rose in Bellevue, NE.

Our goal at Hillcrest Mable Rose is to provide a welcoming, comfortable dining experience for our residents while supporting our mission of inspiring people to live their best lives. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact during each shift.

What You’ll Get to Do

• Serve meals to residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner

• Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup

• Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards

• Support residents, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism

• Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

• Previous serving, food service, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
