2nd Shift Production Lead

Seeking a hands-on Production Lead to oversee second-shift production operations. This leadership role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate rotary equipment while ensuring production, quality, and safety goals are met.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Lead
Location: La Vista, NE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed
Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $21.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production team members
• Operate and monitor rotary equipment
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Complete production documentation and reports
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate production equipment
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Fluent English communication skills
