Summary of Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, working closely with people leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and resilient workforce. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and day-to-day operations — translating organizational goals into practical HR solutions while championing a consistent and positive employee experience.

What you'll bring

3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HR Business Partner or generalist role supporting multiple client groups
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee relations situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance principles
Strong consulting and communication skills — you can translate complex situations into clear, actionable guidance for leaders at all levels
Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience supporting change initiatives or organizational development work is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred
