Job DetailsJob Location: Omaha Location - Omaha, NE 68128Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: Admin - ClericalEakes Office Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Major Account Specialist – Print & Technology Solutions to lead the development and expansion of our largest print, technology, and software opportunities across the region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving major account growth, supporting our sales organization, developing multi-location business opportunities, and helping customers solve complex technology challenges. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a passion for relationship building, strategic account management, and leading high-impact business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership Develop, prospect, and manage a portfolio of major accounts throughout the region. Support and collaborate with Managed Print Specialists on large account opportunities. Partner with sales representatives and sales managers to increase account penetration and strengthen customer relationships. Provide expertise, coaching, and direction to the outside sales organization. Identify and pursue state, regional, and multi-location account opportunities. Technology & Solutions Marketing Lead marketing and business development efforts for: Major Account Print Solutions State and Regional Multi-Location Accounts Complex Software and Technology Solutions Work with internal teams and manufacturer partners to develop competitive customer solutions. Serve as a key resource in positioning advanced technology offerings with prospective customers. Business Development & Market Intelligence Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Monitor competitor strategies, promotions, and market activity. Identify opportunities to expand Eakes' presence and market share. Collaboration & Administration Coordinate with manufacturers and vendor partners to secure optimal pricing and business opportunities. Collaborate with Location Sales Managers to execute growth strategies and account development plans. Provide reporting, forecasting, and account management support as needed. QualificationsQualifications Required 5+ years of successful outside sales experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex business opportunities. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Exceptional customer relationship and consultative selling abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel throughout the region as needed. Preferred 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience within the office technology, managed print, office products, or related industries. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
