They deliver strong customer service and a willingness to expand their product knowledge to best help the needs of our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and obtaining required parts in a friendly, professional manner. Establish professional in-person relationships with customers. Provide accurate parts-related information to customers. Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner. Maintain City Desk area, in compliance with company, state and federal regulations. QualificationsMinimum Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Plumbing and/or heating knowledge a plus. Great customer service, problem solving and communication skills. Comfortable with computer use. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are a sample of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. May occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. Regular use of arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, type, and reach. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. Work Environment Warehouse atmosphere. Employee may be exposed to moving machinery, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles. The noise level is usually moderate and occasionally loud.
