We’re looking for candidates who have: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Team Oriented Leadership   Responsibilities include: Motivating, training, and coaching the team Completing store paperwork, inventory, and daily reporting accurately Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store Hiring, scheduling, and developing team members Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.   This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
