Job Summary
As a Cook at Horizon Learning Center, you’ll help prepare meals for our little ones.
Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious, healthy menu items and deliver to classroom-based on snack and lunch schedule
- Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment per procedure and childcare licensing requirements
- Maintains the inventory of food items and prepares grocery list for ordering
- Works with the teacher and leadership teams by communicating and contributing information on a continuous basis
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and always has a smile to share
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a preschool environment
- Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- High school diploma
