We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to support manufacturing operations.


Key Job Functions:

路 Installing and maintaining production equipment and machinery within the facility

路 Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

路 Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments

路 Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment

路 Performing preventative maintenance on all production/facility equipment and facilities as directed by the Plant Manager and Chief Engineer and maintains records of maintenance

路 Maintaining equipment, parts and supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and ordering supplies in a timely manner

路 Performing minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary

路 Performing manual repairs as directed

路 Tracking purchase information and maintain instructions/manuals for equipment for future reference

路 Researching warranty information to determine if repairs are covered under warranty

路 Maintaining master list of equipment

路 Checking and replenishing fluids in forklift twice per month

路 Providing regular updates as requested regarding progress on various projects and assignments

路 Cross training on various roles within the production line and rotating as directed

路 Handling other special projects and requests, as needed

Requirements

In order to be successful, you will need:

路 High school diploma/GED and at least six months of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

路 Familiarity with filling equipment preferred

路 Ability to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment and other necessary items; ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

路 Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions

路 Ability to manage time effectively and multitask

路 Detail oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions


***Starting Pay $25/hr
