About the Role:
Maid Right of New Braunfels is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Janitorial Staff member to join our growing cleaning team in New Braunfels, TX! Responsibilities:
- Perform janitorial cleaning duties at commercial and facility sites according to Maid Right standards and checklists
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors across assigned areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, and furniture
- Clean glass, mirrors, and entryway doors
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers as needed
- Follow site-specific cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Log completed work and take before/after photos as required by company procedure
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor
- Secure the facility (lock doors, turn off lights) at the end of each shift
- Represent the Nature's Clean / Maid Right brand professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and follow a checklist
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout a shift
- Available weekday evenings starting at 5:00 PM
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the San Antonio area
