Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.


What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program/project analysis, you will be producing reports, updates, recommendations, briefings, and training materials to support organizing and tracking USAF readiness training. In addition, you will:

  • Conduct readiness training "validations" of Air Force readiness training, functional-readiness execution, and RAT programs, as required, as part of the ISD process
  • Analyze readiness training programs to ensure compliance with formal readiness training standardization
  • Assist with readiness training courseware development and provide project management for assigned readiness tasks
  • Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager in multiple project tasks, applying a wide spectrum of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned tasks
  • Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions
  • Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business, and analysis
  • Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools
  • As applicable, apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents
  • May perform a quality assurance role
  • Identify all task responsibilities and reports any changes or suggestions accordingly to Project/Program Manager
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 3 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
  • 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming
  • Knowledge of USAF Readiness Training and/or USAF Security Cooperation training
