Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist them throughout their stayÂ
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficientlyÂ
- Issue room keys and maintain accurate guest recordsÂ
- Post charges and transactions to guest foliosÂ
- Maintain and reconcile a cash bank with precisionÂ
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns in alignment with company standardsÂ
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionallyÂ
- Promote and sell lobby merchandiseÂ
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficientlyÂ
- Clearly communicate resort amenities, services, and updates to guests and ownersÂ
- Collaborate effectively with other departmentsÂ
- Ensure all folios are accurate and up to dateÂ
- Conduct hourly pool checks to ensure safety and cleanlinessÂ
- Verify owner accounts and financial informationÂ
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming coffee stationÂ
- Prepare guest welcome packetsÂ
- Update maintenance boards with room and guest issuesÂ
- Assist with beer and wine sales at the pool barÂ
- Complete all assigned daily checklist duties
Requirements

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalentÂ
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experienceÂ
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekendsÂ
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-throughÂ
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with professionalism and courtesy
