Job Title: Parts Warehouse Associate

Location: TNTX, LLC

Reports to: Parts Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate will manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of parts within the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately processed and maintained. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our parts department and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pack and ship parts orders in a timely manner.
  • Receive incoming parts, organize, and store them on warehouse shelves.
  • Safely operate a powered industrial forklift to transport inventory.
  • Deliver parts to customers.
  • Load and unload freight trucks as necessary.
  • Prepare parts for return, including core and warranty items.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the department.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and interpret bar graphs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and comprehend short memos and instructions.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 months of relevant experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License
