Career Growth: Explore numerous opportunities for professional development and advancement within our organization.   Position Overview: Responsible for supervising and training the teller team, ensuring staff performance through evaluations, and managing teller operations such as balancing the branch, vault, and ATM, as well as processing cash and coin transactions. The role includes ensuring compliance with legal and security requirements, auditing teller drawers, and managing supplies, while also supporting other departments and handling member inquiries. The position requires a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulations like OFAC and the Bank Secrecy Act.   Your Key Responsibilities: Responsible for training and development of teller team using the Teller program. Cashes checks and dispenses money after verification of identification, signature, and account balance. Answering telephone, online, mail, chats and other electronic communication inquires. Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at the end of shift to the computer printout of daily transactions. Cross-sells FCU products to the membership (interest bearing checking accounts, consumer loans, commercial loans etc.). Conducting loan interviews and obtaining previous credit history of member, as well as other pertinent data that could be used later. Processing membership and/or checking applications, certificates, IRA’s, payroll, direct deposit, etc. Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance.   What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
