The Craftsperson, Final Line – 3 is responsible for performing all job functions within the assigned final line area and assisting with operator training.
This role also supports troubleshooting and repairs to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
The position requires flexibility to rotate across responsibilities.
Starting pay is $18.50/hr, with pay increases at 90 days and 6 months.
The typical schedule is 1st Shift Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with Friday overtime as needed.
