Summary
Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of branch operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
Exercise administrative control over functions of Banking Center including implementation of policies, procedures, and objectives.
 
Oversee auditing procedures for Banking Center to ensure consistency in procedures.
 
Maintain security controls of Banking Center to protect facilities against criminal and fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk or exposure.
 
Evaluate performance of employees on a monthly basis and participate with coaching of employees in areas that need improvement.  Ensure Banking Center employees receive ongoing education to stay updated on policies, procedures, systems and products.
 
Oversee Building Relationship performance.
 
Develop and manage loan portfolio of consumer/light commercial account.
 
Develop and manage deposit portfolio.  Promote additional business and attend to existing customers.  
 
Maintain accurate credit records, reviewing collateral documentation and the servicing of collateral or supporting loan agreements.
 
Ensure customer service standards are being met.
 
Contacts customers and business, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business.
 
Talk to customers to resolve account problems.
 
Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act.   Follows Red River Bank policies and procedures.  Attends or completes all required training.

Supervisory Responsibilities 
 
Directly supervises 2 - 10 Banking Center employees.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience 
 
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills 
 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
