As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a key member of our store's leadership team, helping keep the store running smoothly while supporting your teammates and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help lead the team and set the tone for every shift. 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment. 
• Coach, train, and encourage team members to be their best. 
• Keep the store stocked, organized, clean, and customer-ready. 
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and ordering. 
• Oversee cash handling and accurate register operations. 
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and store performance. 
• Ensure the store meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service. 
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, and passionate about leading a team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Previous retail, convenience store, food service, or customer service experience preferred. 
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not required. 
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is a plus.

 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the store for extended periods. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 
• Ability to stock merchandise, coolers, and food service items. 
• Ability to safely operate store equipment and kitchen equipment. 
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments, including coolers and freezers. 

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including: 
  • Early mornings 
  • Evenings 
  • Closing shifts 
  • Weekends 
  • Some holidays 
• Ability to work additional hours as business needs require.
