Overview:
In the role of Account Manager, you will be a leader at the center of the action. Responsible for overall site operations and managing a service team that consists of Account Supervisors and Recruiters. You will manage annual revenues between $1 million - $5 million, regularly following up with end-user clients, who work with our associates, and executive-level facility managers to ensure that all strategic goals and objectives are met. Â

Essential Job FunctionsÂ
- Manage and provide guidance to the service team’s daily operationsÂ
- Responsible for actively building and maintaining a strong client relationshipÂ
- Responsible for coaching, training and developing service team membersÂ
- Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure sufficient staff levels, to include the process of interviewing, hiring, orientation, and trainingÂ
- Provide guidance or manage associate performance
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and shift meetingsÂ
- Payroll approval and processingÂ
- Trend analysis and financial forecastingÂ
- Develop and implement a safety programÂ
- Audit and regularly report on KPIs to ensure all policies are executed in accordance with federal and organizational regulations
Education/ExperienceÂ
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferredÂ
- 3+ years’ experience managing onsite teamsÂ
- Highly effective personnel and process management skills and techniquesÂ
- Proven skills and knowledge on training, coaching, and performance evaluationÂ
- Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordÂ
- Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenÂ
- Ability to solve complex problems, including financeÂ
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Salary Range: $60,573.66 - $75,717.08 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
