ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Perform work in safe manner, following all safety rules. • Assure component parts and finished assembly component with all quality checks required by the stations. • Assure that component parts used are those required for the part that is being assembled. • Attach components in prescribed order to assemble product. • Align, fit and secure components, using hand operations and fastening techniques for bench word. • Assist all other operators on line. • Perform the work of all stations on rotating basis as required by the company. • Move parts from containers on the floor or other location to the containers in the work area. • Perform assigned work in an efficient manner based on company standards. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: • Follows all safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition. • Performs other duties as necessary. QualificationsPLEASE SUBMIT AN UPDATED RESUME WITH YOUR APPLICATION IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR HIRE.  SPECIALIZED TRAINING, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE • High school diploma (or GED) • Knowledge of SPC (HCI certified preferred) • Use hand pallet jack, measuring scale and weight scale. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS: • Also works in factory environment with noise from manufacturing environment. Exposure to moving equipment, parts and electrical shock. Possible serious injury due to carelessness around equipment. • Sometimes lifts, carries or moves objects – weighing up to 25 pounds. • Must be able to stand for more than 8 hours per day.
