What You’ll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work side-by-side with people to support their goals and daily life through:

•  Personal care, daily living support, and meal prep
•  Medication administration and health monitoring
•  Transportation and participation in community activities
•  Clear, accurate documentation and progress tracking
•  Collaboration with families, guardians, and care teams

Requirements

· Must be 18 Years of Age 

· Must have a High School Diploma or GED

· Must hold a valid Indiana Driver's License

· Must have Car Insurance 

· Must provide Reliable transportation.
