FBI Buildings is hiring experienced Construction Foremen and Crew Leaders to lead post-frame building projects throughout the Plymouth, IN area.

• Pole Barn Construction
• Post Frame Construction
• Agricultural Buildings
• Commercial Construction
• Carpentry Framing
• Barndominiums

Responsibilities

• Lead construction crews on post-frame building projects
• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate professionally with customers and project teams

Qualifications

• Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or construction leadership experience
• Experience in pole barns, post-frame, framing, or commercial construction preferred
• Ability to read plans and manage jobsite production
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
