As an ICS Maintenance Tech, you will be a valuable member of the team that maintains the machines, the facilities and other necessary equipment to produce the novelties you know and love! 

Grow your career with us at $25.50 hourly (+$1/hr shift premium when working 2nd shift hours 3 PM-12 AM) = $26.50, 3:00 PM-12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some mandatory overtime on Saturdays.

What are the Maintenance Technician position responsibilities?

  • Setting up machines for various products,
  • Trouble-shooting hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics,
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment,
  • Repair, rebuild and welding,
  • Lubrication, hand truck repair,
  • Building repair and maintenance
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.

What essential skills and experience are required?

  • Mechanical background
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Welding-Tig/Stick
  • Read blueprints (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
  • Plumbing skills (water, air and hydraulic)
  • Ammonia Refrigeration knowledge
  • Time management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player
  • Communication skills:   ability to communicate with a multitude of plant personnel as well as maintenance personnel.
  • The ability to work at heights up to 25’ a ladder or man lift.
  • The ability to work weekends is necessary.

Nonessential Skills:

Wastewater Treatment experience a plus!

What is the work environment for a Maintenance Tech?

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to very hot or cold temperature conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be extremely loud.

What are the physical demands for this position?

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to bend, walk, work in extreme heat and cold, get on top of equipment, must be able to climb steps and use a ladder, and enter confined spaces. The employee must be able to respond to production needs quickly (200-300’ in approximately 30 sec) and must be able to lift heavy parts and equipment.   Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
