Central Billing Office – Requisition #2600

Responsibilities

  • Works with Insurance companies to perform insurance billing review and verification of accounts
  • Communicates with insurance payers, patients, and offices to resolve unpaid claims 
  • Review monthly unpaid claims for all insurance payers 
  • Review EOBs with larger payer adjustments 
  • Follow up on payer denials


Requirements & Skills

  • 2 years of billing office experience in a Healthcare Organization
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable practices and billing office procedures
  • Knowledge of CPT coding and Diagnosis coding
  • Knowledge of government and regulatory provisions related to collection activities
  • Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects
