Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
• Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly

Requirements & Skills

• Board Certified 
• Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana 
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience in an urgent care setting is preferred, with the ability to handle high volumes and work independently
• Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. 
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills

Employment Details

• Facility Hours, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• PRN, 10-hour shifts
• Weekend availability preferred 
• Stand-alone immediate care facility with onsite x-ray
• Adults and children
• Primary care built-in referral base
• Strong specialty support
