This position offers 100 percent outpatient care with a collaborative team based environment supported by advanced practice providers and a large specialty network. • Join an established primary care team with strong referral support
• 100 percent outpatient practice with shared call rotation

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
• Commitment to patient centered care
