WORK LOCATION

Arnett Hospital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Hospital Operators while actively performing Hospital Operator responsibilities.  
  • Coordinate and oversee staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. 
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members to ensure adherence to departmental standards and best practices. 
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to promote quality, effectiveness, and excellent customer service. 
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for team members, addressing questions, resolving operational issues, and escalating concerns as appropriate. 
  • Coordinate workflow and daily operations to ensure timely and effective communication services throughout the hospital. 
  • Support inventory management and maintain necessary departmental supplies and resources. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. 
  • Promote effective utilization of human and material resources to achieve department goals and service standards. 
  • Foster a positive team environment through collaboration, accountability, and effective communication. 
  • Monitor service quality and customer interactions to ensure a high level of support for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. 
  • Assist leadership with operational reporting, staffing recommendations, and process improvement initiatives. 
  • Support departmental objectives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and team performance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Requires 1-3 years of experience.
  • Requires ability to use teletracking.
  • Requires experience working in patient transportation.

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
