You will be the financial heartbeat, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. Although "crunching numbers" is an important part of this position, it's also about providing insights that allow leadership team to make smart decisions.

Walk Through a Month of Expectations: 

• Master of the Ledger: Manage the full accounting cycle, from soup to nuts, using your expertise to maintain impeccable financial records. 
• Cash Flow Commander: Oversee bill payments with precision and ensure all accounts payable and receivable are in perfect balance.
  
• Reconciliation Rockstar: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring every penny is accounted for with eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  
• Financial Guru: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), and the ability to explain "the story behind the numbers."
  
• Compliance Champion: Help us stay compliant with all accounting standards and tax regulations.
  
  

How You Show Up: 

We need a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive team player with a minimum of a three-year commitment to grow with us. This is a foundational role, and we are looking 

for someone eager to embed themselves in our culture and technology-driven environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills area must. ·Proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (Microsoft Access a plus) 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
  Sense of Humor: Vital. We work hard, but we laugh harder.

• Location: LaGrange, OH - No rush-hour traffic from any location!
  

• 20-35 Minutes from Cleveland, Westlake, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Avon, Medina, and Brunswick 

• 35-45 Minutes from Lakewood, Beachwood, Sandusky, Brecksville, and Strongsville  

• Salary Range:
  Negotiable and commensurate with experience and the Midwest region cost of living scale
