Takco is seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in foundations and/or electrical, that has potential to become a successful Project Manager. Five to ten years of experience is necessary. Someone that is a go-getter and wants to take their career to new heights. This is a traveling position.


Responsibilities:

Managing of sub-contractors.

Knowledge of Ground Up/Greenfield is a must. Or previous experience for a commercial electrician.

Studying drawings, specifications, and inspecting the construction site to fully understand what work is required.

Preparing and leading sub-contractors for daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.

Ordering supplies.

Adhering to schedules, safety and quality procedures.

Managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including budget, schedule, and quality control.

Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Some coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.

Communicating project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.

Managing project change orders, RFI's and ensure that all changes are documented and approved.
