Welder and Equipment Repair Technician


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder and Equipment Repair Technician to join our diesel shop maintenance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with welding, compactor repair, and a basic understanding of electrical wiring and hydraulics.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding repairs and fabrication on various equipment and machinery

- Conduct maintenance and repairs on compactors and related equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine necessary repairs

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair projects

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in welding and equipment repair, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
