Services Technician

Location: LaGrange, OH (Serving Northeast Ohio) 
Employment Type: Full-Time  - Onsite (not-remote)

We are seeking a dependable Security Services Technician to install, service, and maintain security and low-voltage systems for customers throughout Northeast Ohio. This field-based position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering quality service onsite. 

Responsibilities 

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security and low-voltage systems.  

• Run and terminate low-voltage cabling.  

• Install and mount equipment at customer locations.  

• Perform system setup, testing, and basic configuration.  

• Diagnose and resolve equipment and connectivity issues.  

• Complete service documentation and maintain
  accurate records.  

• Follow company safety standards and installation best practices.  

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.  

• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.  
  

Qualifications 

• Experience with low-voltage, security, or related technical installations preferred.  

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.  

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.  

• Basic understanding of networking and electronic systems is a plus.  

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.  

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when needed.  

• Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout Northeast Ohio.
