- Restaurant Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Required)
- Solid full-service, high-volume restaurant background
- Ability to train, develop, and lead team members

What Will Your Responsibilities Be:
As part of the management team, you will be responsible for every aspect of the daily operation.
- You will be responsible for planning and executing each shift daily.
- Depending on the position, you will be responsible for teaching and developing our staff in our newest Reunion Kitchen + Drink location.
- You will help to create a fun and supportive working environment for all team members.
- You will help our restaurant grow and get established in the local restaurant market.
- You will be responsible for making sound financial decisions and working to increase sales and profits.
Job Requirements:Â
- Lifting and carrying of items not to exceed 50 lbs.Â
- Ability to work in a demanding environment. Â
- Extensive and prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching are required. Occasional sitting and twisting are required. Â
- Ability to work up to 8-10 hours per day.Â
- Must have weekend availability.Â
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
