Line Cook

We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our sushi restaurant hot kitchen team.

This position is for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and enjoys being part of a strong team environment. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated to learn, and passionate about hospitality.

What we’re looking for:

• Kitchen experience preferred (Japanese or sushi restaurant experience is a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to follow recipes, kitchen standards, and food safety procedures
• Team player with good communication skills
• Passion for food quality, consistency, and hospitality
