Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. - Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to address patient needs. - Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery and promote wellness. - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate them into patient care. - Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.QualificationsRequired Education: - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution. - Valid California licensure as a Physical Therapist. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting. - Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse patient populations. - Proven track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
