Exemplify the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger polices and procedures.  As a primary member of the Safety & Security team, you will be responsible for both Guest and Host Safety through routine patrols, comprehensive investigations, and thorough report writing.  

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a good standing with the "Hawaii Board of Private Detectives and Guards" by having a Valid Hawaii State Guard Card at all times.
• Maintain valid First aid and CPR certifications through a reputable instructor lead agency.
• Follow and enforce all Outrigger Safety & Security Department polices and procedures.
• Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties.
• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations.
• Defuse guest disturbances and escort from the property if necessary.
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. 
• Hawaii Guard Card & Drivers License Required.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certified highly recommended.
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.
