Looking for an Experienced Kitchen Expo!

Come join our ‘ohana! We're looking for the right restaurant professional with experience working in high volume restaurants to join our Kaʻanapali restaurant as a Food Expo.

MBC Restaurants are a direct extension of the values and practices we employ in brewing our handcrafted ales and lagers. JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests by being responsible for all preparation, interaction and steps of service needed to exceed guest expectations in the restaurant and bar.

POSITION SUMMARY

Work closely with our Executive chef, management, and servers, organizing and executing food delivery as well as other functions.

Main Requirement: 

• Prior Food Expo Experience!

Pay Rate: 

• $27–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Early access to wages through DailyPay
• All kitchen team members receive tips via a service fee (2% of all food sales) added to each paycheck
• Additional $1–$4 per hour in tips, depending on shift and sales volume
