Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is looking to grow our Front of House team with friendly, outgoing Greeters who are passionate about creating exceptional first impressions. As a Greeter, you'll be the first face our guests see, welcoming them with genuine aloha while helping create a seamless dining experience. You'll also support our retail operations by promoting Maui Brewing Co. merchandise and assisting guests with purchases.

Position Details

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali

Position: Greeter

Pay Rate

• Greeter: $17.00 per hour + tips
• Lead Greeter: $22.00 per hour + tips

Average total earnings with tips range from $25–$32 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine aloha while creating a warm and memorable first impression.
• Manage the restaurant waitlist, seating flow, and guest communication.
• Support retail operations by assisting guests with merchandise purchases and maintaining attractive retail displays.
• Answer guest questions regarding restaurant offerings, Maui Brewing Co. products, and current promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the host stand and retail areas.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant leadership and service teams to ensure efficient guest flow.
• Uphold Maui Brewing Co.'s hospitality standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Information

• TB clearance is required upon hire for all restaurant employees working in food handling positions in the State of Hawaiʻi. If you do not currently have one, documentation and appointment information are available through the Hawaiʻi Department of Health.
