Lanai Air is a critical component to the delivery of “high quality-high touch” consistent service experience to every guest traveling. Lanai Air is responsible for providing a seamless “point to point” delivery between the Hawaiian Islands.
The Lead Ramp Service Agent is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all ground service handling ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations & standards of Lanai Air. The Safety of our guests and assets are of utmost importance. It will be the responsibility of the Lead Ramp Service Agent to ensure established procedures & safety precautions are consistently practiced in all Ramp Service functions.
The Lead Ramp Service Agent will coordinate with the Lānai Air Ramp Operations Manager, System Operation & Reservation Coordinators, and Guest Service Agents, along with the Western Aircraft crew & maintenance team members on a regular basis. Communication is key to ensure a smooth and safe operation.
Compensation:
$26.37/hour (non-exempt)
Reporting Relationship:
Reports to: Ramp Operations Manager & Assistant Guest Service Manager (neighbor islands)
Supervises: Ramp Service Agents
Coordinates with: Lāna‘i Air Guest Service staff & System Operation and Reservation Coordinators, Western Aircraft maintenance staff.
