Maui Brewing Company Kaʻanapali is looking to grow our Back of House team with experienced Line Cooks who take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. Our restaurants reflect the same values that guide our brewing—craftsmanship, sustainability, and a strong commitment to our local community.
As a vital part of our kitchen operations, the ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, organized, and able to maintain high food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate
$25–$34 per hour, depending on experience
Early access to wages through DailyPay
All kitchen team members receive tips via a service fee (2% of all food sales) added to each paycheck
Additional $1–$4 per hour in tips, depending on shift and sales volume

Shift Details
6:00 AM - 1:00/2:00 PM
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Minimum of three shifts per week required
Three paid training days
Additional Information
Kitchen tips provided in addition to hourly wages

TB clearance required for food-handling positions in the State of Hawaiʻi
